She departed peacefully at Samaritan Voorhees surrounded by loved ones, her obituary said.
"Throughout her life, Heather was as prime example of selflessness, generosity, kindness and compassion," her obit said.
She was a native of Voorhees. Growing up a military brat, Heather had lived in several states, coming full circle back to her home state of New Jersey. She attended the Maple Shade school system until high school when her family moved to Marlton Lakes, and she attended Cherokee High School.
Heather worked in the cafeteria of Marlton Middle School: "She loved her co-workers, but mostly loved taking care of the children," her obituary said.
Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Friday, May 24 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home, Route 73 and Evesham Road in Marlton. A memorial service will begin at 7 p.m.
